A small Remuera site was transformed with a pool, deck and outdoor room. The renovation began with a cluttered old English style garden and resulted in spaces for children and adults to equally enjoy. The hardwood deck wraps around the house and the pool is designed as a cut-out negating the need for any copings and reducing the number of materials used. The outdoor room is covered with a LouvreTec opening roof system, and incorporates a basalt bench top with BBQ and fridge underneath, all clad in the hardwood decking. The landscape is completed with a lush sub-tropical planting giving this residential property, a most resort-like feel. |
